The UNDP Human Development Report (2013) and the World Bank World Development Report (2007) estimated that 54% of the total population of Sub Sahara Africa is living in absolute poverty. This poverty limits access to services and increasing vulnerability. While ill health directly affects productivity, especially in labor-intensive economies. Our Mission
- Run Oza-Nogogo's community wide campaign on the awareness and screening for diabetes mellitus (DM) and essential hypertension (HTN) biannually.
- Educate those with DM and HTN on best practices to avoid debilitating complications from these chronic diseases.
- Facilitate access to basic medical care to those with DM and HTN
- Assist with provision of anti-diabetic and anti-hypertensive medications to those with limited resources.
- Establishment of comprehensive Health Center to address these chronic diseases
